To personalize your email notification preferences, please follow these steps:
- Go to “Settings” in your account.
- Click on the “User Profile” tab.
- Locate the “Personal Email Preferences” Widget.
If you wish to receive notifications based on the preferences set by your software partner, select "Account Default". However, we highly recommend updating your preferences to either "Enabled" or "Disabled" to ensure they remain unaffected by any changes to the defaults made by your software partner.
If you want to ensure that you receive notifications, select "Enabled". This means you will receive email notifications for that email type.
If you prefer not to receive any notifications, select "Disabled". This means you will not receive any email notifications for that email type.
Please note that these preferences only apply to the email notifications types seen in the console. Other types of email notifications, such as password resets and user invitations, will continue to be sent and are not affected by these preferences.
