Manually batch payments on your Valor terminal reader

To manually batch from your terminal reader, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect from Valor Connect mode
2. Select the Star menu (located at the bottom-left corner of the homescreen)
3. Select 2. Settlement
4. Enter the password ( last 4 Digits of your activation code)
5. Select Yes on the confirmation prompt

The terminal will now attempt to:

• Settle the current batch
• Print a Batch Summary
• Print a Batch Closed confirmation

Once the payments have been batched, Reconnect to Valor Connect to continue collecting payments.
